Booking Policy at North West Driving School

We appreciate that your time is important and may need to reschedule or cancel a lesson occasionally.

Please understand our time is valuable too. Lesson times are limited with after school and weekend lessons are particularly in high demand. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel. This gives us an opportunity to offer your lesson time to another student. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a 50% lesson cancellation charge. Full fee is charged for a no show whereby the instructor arrives for a scheduled lesson and you are not there or forgot.

We always aim to be on time for your lesson and will send a courtesy text if we are running more than 5 mins late. If you wish to cancel a lesson please contact us to arrange a refund. Should you need an extension of the 12 month validity of lesson packs or need to transfer unused lessons to a friend/family member, please contact us.
